Red-Tailed Black Shark (Epalzeorhyncos bicolor)

This fish is not actually a type of shark. Its name is derived from the dorsal fin that rises like a shark. Growing up to 15 cm. Habitat is marshes and muddy river filled with wood and stones in Thailand, especially in the river Menam Chao Phraya. This fish body color contrast makes this fish is often sought as ornamental fish. 

Red-tailed black shark or hereafter abbreviated enough RTBS only have the solid black body with a tail orange or red. Has an elongated body with an erect elongated dorsal fin and mouth facing down. In the mouth there are two pairs of barbels which pendek.Betina has a larger body than the male. Lighting should not be too bright.
