order : Cypriniformes
Family :Cyprinidae
genus : Danio
species : Danio margaritatus
Galaxies rasbora still live in areas with lots of fast-flowing water plants with a temperature of 20-26 0 C and pH 6,5 - 7,5. In their natural habitat, these fish occupy the pond - a small shallow pond and warm temperatures during the summer. Rasbora galaxies are omnivores by eating small invertebrates, algae and other zooplankton. In the aquarium is also recommended to always provide the live feed as Daphnia, Artemia and some dryfood. Feeding live fish will also be encouraged to undertake breeding / reproduction. Breeding can be done at the aquarium by providing a tank measuring 30 x 20 x 2o cm and filled with some plants such as wool mops and java moss, and still provide enough area to swim. The tank does not require any lighting and filtration, enough tools if there are air bubbles.

A pair of adult fish were placed into each breeding tank, it aims to reduce the risk of males that do not eat their eggs. Once the spawn is complete, remove the adult fish because they will eat anything that exists and also to restore the condition of the female. If the setting breeding is done by placing one male and several females so that the eggs are transferred using a pipette. The eggs will hatch after 3-4 days and the chicks can eat fish Paramaecium, artemia naupli and microworm, or whatever the size of 5-50 microns.
